Because each viva product is handmade and produced in small batches, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness matters deeply, so if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

We accept returns only if:

    •    Your item arrives damaged

    •    You received the wrong item

    •    There is a craftsmanship issue

Not eligible for returns:

    •    Color differences due to screen settings

    •    Normal handmade variations

    •    General wear and tear

    •    Change of mind or incorrect size expectations (sizes are listed in the description)
